Each year, Educators Rising hosts a national conference to convene our network of rising educators and teacher leaders. Educators Rising National Conference includes performance-based competitive events in which aspiring educators demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and leadership in education. With a blend of individual and team events, competitions are authentic, engaging opportunities for rising educators to stretch their creativity, commitment, and professionalism.
This year’s conference was held in Washington, D.C. and the following students advanced from the state level to represent Crowley ISD.
Crowley High School – sponsored by Ms. Chinesia Rhinehart
1. Sophie Sayed- Placed 3rd in Teacher-made Material (Elementary)
2. Declan Dalton- Placed 3rd in Teacher-made Material (Elementary)
3. Jeremiah Rodriguez- Placed 2nd in Interactive Bulletin Board (Middle/ High School)
North Crowley High School – sponsored by Mrs. Laneece Anderson and Ms. Malorie Miller
1. La'Shanti Johnson and Maira Navarro - National Competitor (Interactive Bulletin Board)
