Important dates from the the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for new or renewal of Food Service Management Company (FSMC) contracts:
-December 15, 2023: All applications to conduct an RFP must be submitted.
-April 1, 2024: Contract selections must be submitted to TDA for approval.
-May 1, 2024: TDA to approve all FSMC new contract and renewal submissions.
-June 21, 2024: New contract and renewals must be signed/executed and submitted to TDA. |
