Summary:
|
North Crowley Ninth Grade Campus has two chillers that are original to the campus (opened in 2003). Both chillers have started to become problematic and need to be replaced.
The RFP and spec were posted on Jan. 8, 2024. The selection of the committee after debriefing was to award Enviromatic Systems Services INC the contract at a cost of $642,990.00.

Budgetary Impact:

We estimated the price per chiller will be between $350,000 to $400,000 with a total cost to range from $700,000 to $800,000.
Actually cost: $642,990.00 for two chillers.
