Summary:
|
Montessori education in Crowley ISD has become a favorable option for CISD parents. We received 150 new applications for student enrollment at Crowley Montessori for the 2024-2025 school year. We were able to accommodate 66 of those applicants based on the number of certified teachers we employ.
This amendment to the District of Innovation Plan will allow Crowley ISD to hire teachers who are certified through the American Montessori Society. This will allow us to attract and retain teachers for our Montessori campus so we can provide opportunities for more learners.
