Summary:

Our yearly contract with Microsoft enables all staff and students access to Office 365 as well as downloadable version of the Office Suite. The contact include our servers, email, Sharepoint, One Drive and a myriad of other mission critical products.

Budgetary Impact:
|
The cost for Microsoft licensing is $293,096.10. This is a recurring fee that will be paid out of the 199. This does not require any additional funds from the previous year budget.
