Budgetary Impact:
|
There are no up front or out of pocket costs to join the litigation. We work on a 30% contingent fee basis, which means in the event of a recovery against the Defendant(s) resulting from our representation, the District agrees to pay Attorneys the lesser of a percentage of the total recovery or four times the Attorneys’ hourly rate in accordance with Subchapter C, Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code.
