RFP Name: RFP-059-2025-2026 Instructional Partnership Services. The bid advertised on 5-27-2025 and will close on 6/4/2025 at 2pm.
Scope of work for this bid is for CISD to receive proposals in conjunction with providing CISD with instructional partnership services for the strong foundation implementation and instructional leadership pathway for success support services. This bid will be awarded to one vendor. The awarded vendor will conduct and produce high quality instructional materials and provide effective professional development learning and coaching to 25-30 teachers and leaders from 12 campuses. Those campuses are below:
H.F. Stevens Middle School
Summer Creek Middle School
Crowley Middle School
Mary Harris Elementary

(2) TBD Elementary Campuses
Interested vendors must create and submit for evaluation a comprehensive plan detailing the provision of instructional materials, professional learning services, and both in-person and virtual training, specifically tailored for 25-30 teachers and leaders participating in each training offered as part of the instructional partnership. This plan should outline the learning objectives, instructional strategies, assessment methods and logistical aspects of each training, ensuring effective and engaging professional development.
