Summary:

Elementary 18 will be located on the north end of the same property the Bill R. Johnson CTE Center is located. This facility will be a prototype of S.H. Crowley Elementary. This elementary is scheduled to open in August of 2027.
There were four submissions from General Contractors for Elementary 18.
Using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) method, with the two step process of qualifications and interviews along with receipt of proposals, the selection committee has selected Steele and Freeman/Post L Group joint venture as the CMaR for Elementary 18.
