Communities in Schools (CIS) is a dropout prevention non-profit that employs social workers to work inside individual schools to provide intensive case-management to at-risk students.
The mission of CIS is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. Additionally, CIS has 30 years of experience serving schools and districts across Tarrant County. CIS has served Crowley ISD for 13 years.
