Proclamation 2024 calls for the adoption of instructional materials in K-12 Science and Personal Financial Literacy and Economics (see attached).
A team of coordinators, teachers and principals have been working together throughout the year to identify high-quality publishers and materials for adoption in Crowley ISD. Samples of top publishers were presented to all teachers. All resources have been designated High Quality Instructional Materials by the State Board of Education.
Top publishers will be on public display at upcoming district events in person and via zoom as well as the Administration building through Friday, March 29. An online feedback form is available for input from employees, students, board members, and community members.
The final recommendation for adoption will be brought before the board as an action item in April.
